How do I get my download? Your download link arrives by email right after checkout. Save the PDF to your phone, tablet, or computer right away, since download links can expire.

I didn't get my email. What now? Check your spam or promotions folder first. Still nothing? Email fromthedeskofyani@gmail.com with your order number and we'll resend it.

Do I need GoodNotes? No. You can use GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, or a free app like Xodo, Adobe Acrobat Reader, or your iPhone's Files app. You can also print it at home.

Can I share it with a friend? Each purchase is for one person's personal use, so please don't share, copy, or resell the files. If a friend needs it, send her to therebuildsuite.com so she can get her own.

Can I get a refund on a digital product? Because downloads can't be returned, all digital sales are final once your link is delivered.

What if my file won't download or open? Email us within 14 days and we'll resend it or make it right.

Who makes the sweatshirts? Every piece is made to order and shipped by a trusted third-party print partner, not packed by me at home. That keeps the shop sustainable, but it means production and shipping times can vary.

Most orders arrive in about 1–2 weeks. Your piece takes 2–7 business days to be made, then 3–8 business days to ship within the U.S. These are estimates, not guarantees, so holidays, busy seasons, and carrier delays can add time. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
